Free Services encompass access to the SynergyAI website (the "Website"), while Paid Services include using SynergyAI Virtual Assistant Services through web apps, mobile apps, desktop apps, plugins and addons to 3rd party systems or any other means. Additionally, we may offer other services that can be categorized as either Free Services or Paid Services (together with the Website and Paid Services, collectively referred to as the "Services"). Your ability to access and use these Services is contingent upon your acceptance and adherence to these Terms. SynergyAI offers AI-based virtual assistant services aimed at integrating with customer systems and tools to accomplish a multitude of functions, including but not limited to automating tasks, performing system and process analysis, and enhancing system efficiency. In addition to our integrated solutions, we provide standalone virtual assistant services that can function without needing to be integrated with other systems to perform various tasks. Access to our virtual assistants is available through our website, as well as web, mobile, and desktop applications, and through add-ons for 3rd party systems. We offer both subscription-based and/or usage-based pricing options for our Paid Services.
In order to use the Paid Services, you will be required to register and provide certain personal and/or business information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information, including your username and password, and for any activities or actions that occur under your account. By using our Paid Services, you agree to pay any applicable fees and charges for the use of the Paid Services, and you authorize SynergyAI to process payments for such fees and charges.

SynergyAI, LLC has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.

THESE DAMAGES MAY ARISE FROM: (I) THIRD PARTY STATEMENTS OR BEHAVIOR ON THE SERVICE; (II) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (III) SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES ACQUIRED AS A RESULT OF PURCHASING OR OBTAINING ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION, OR SERVICES THROUGH THE SERVICE; (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; OR (V) ANY OTHER SITUATIONS RELATED TO THE SERVICES.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SERVICES IS OFFERED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, SUCH AS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SUITABILITY FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR ANY OTHER. KINDLY NOTE THAT: A. THE COMPANY CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL FULFILL YOUR PARTICULAR NEEDS, NOR CAN WE ASSURE YOU THAT THE SERVICES WILL CONSISTENTLY BE AVAILABLE, TIMELY, OR ERROR-FREE. B. THE COMPANY DOES NOT MAKE ANY PROMISES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR USEFULNESS OF THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USING THE SERVICE, OR THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIALS YOU ACQUIRE OR ACCESS THROUGH THE SERVICE. C. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, THAT YOU OBTAIN FROM THE COMPANY OR THROUGH THE SERVICES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPLICITLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
